Policies
Because we want all pets left in our care to be healthy and happy, we do require that your pet has the following vaccinations:

Dogs
- rabies, distemper and canine cough/bordetella
(Please note many veterinarians administer the Bordetella vaccination only by request)
Cats
- rabies, FVRCP, (Feline Leukemia is recommended but not required)
Please present your pet's vaccination certificate upon registration.
All dogs and cats that have reached maturity, must be spayed or neutered.
You may bring one or two toys for your pet as well as a dog bed or blanket, but whenever possible they should be clearly labelled with your pet's name.
Please bring enough food (clearly labelled with your pet's name) for their stay as it is usually best to adhere to your pet's home diet.

It is usually better for you to leave your dog in the hotel office rather that allowing you to place your dog in his room. This is done so your dog will see you leave and will realize that you have entrusted him or her to the care of the hotel staff. It also eliminates the possibility of your dog getting the erroneous impression that you are placing him in the room to guard it.
When you register, you will be asked to complete a registration form indicating the follwing information - name, address and phone number of veterinarian, along with a medical summary of any problems your pet may have. If necessary you should bring enough medication for the duration fo the pet's stay. (Administration of prescription medications - $1.00 per pill and $2.50 per needle).
